Job summary

Krayr Solutions in Eastern Region (KSA) seeks an experienced Aftermarket Sales Engineer to grow the aftermarket business for centrifugal pumps across Saudi Arabia. You will promote spare parts, service contracts, retrofits, and repair services while engaging with clients throughout the equipment lifecycle.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 6–8 years in sales or service of pumps or rotating equipment, travel across the Kingdom, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 6-8 years of experience in sales or service of centrifugal pumps or rotating equipment.
• Good knowledge of pump internals, repair methods and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities for centrifugal pumps across assigned territories.
• Promote and sell spare parts, repair services, site support, performance upgrades, and long-term service agreements (LTSA).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water sectors.
• Conduct site surveys and troubleshooting of pump performance issues.
• Work closely with service centers, OEMs, and supply chain to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit technically and commercially competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with the internal service & engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
