Job summary

MEEM (Middle East Electrical Motors Factory Company) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sales Specialist in 2nd Industrial City, Dammam. You will drive sales and achieve financial targets through proactive customer engagement and technical solution selling.

You will manage relationships, coordinate with engineering and production, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering for electrical motors or industrial equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and handling tenders.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual sales orders and revenue targets.
• Develop accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to support sales planning.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new customers in targeted industries.
• Maintain and grow key accounts through effective relationship management and upselling.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals on time.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Logistics to fulfill orders.
• Submit weekly activity and forecast reports to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain CRM records with opportunities and pipeline status.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

Additional qualifications in Business Administration or Sales Management are an advantage
