Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to join our Riyadh region team. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design recruitment strategies, manage complex requisitions, and deliver high-quality candidates across key roles.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Fluor’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (Bachelor)
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with demonstrable capacity in proactive sourcing capabilities
• Job related technical expertise, including knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
• Strong candidate management skills
• Comfortable working within a fast paced environment and as a change champion who embraces efficiencies and continuous improvement
• Passionate team player wanting to be part of a successful regional function
• Ability to work within a complex matrix professional services environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence audiences that include business leaders, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, candidates, and other stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Preferred candidates are local Saudi Arabia residents

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent
• Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to advise on recruitment processes, market trends, and candidate pipeline development strategies
• Establishes a creative sourcing and recruitment strategy to proactively find quality candidates and build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key identified positions
• Ensure the candidate experience is positive irrespective of outcome and promotes Fluor’s brand to internal and external facing talent
• Utilize social media sourcing and branding to support talent attraction
• Leverage and promote employer brand to positively engage talent communities for immediate and future vacancies
• Partner with members of the regional recruitment team to ensure day-to-day operational talent acquisition deliverables that support business outcomes
• Ensure system and process compliance across all requisitions
• Collaborate with the regional recruitment lead on program issues and solutions to continually improve the quality of talent entering the organization
• Use data, analytics, and industry insights to support Talent Acquisition conversations and present information in an effective manner
• May be involved in other recruitment-based programs, including diversity initiatives, student outreach efforts, and college recruiting
• Additional responsibilities as required to ensure the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence delivers outcomes to regional business
