Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with advisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: use multiple channels to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline.
• Candidate Management: manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on needs and market insights.
• Recruitment Metrics: monitor KPIs and report on progress and pipelines.
• Employer Branding: promote the company’s values and culture to attract candidates.
• Process Improvement: optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
• Compliance: ensure activities meet legal/regulatory requirements.
