Job summary

Schneider Electric Senior Engineer II – System Architect (Pre-sales – TMC) works with the sales team to identify and close portfolio opportunities by applying technical and business insight.

The role requires 10–15 years of turbomachinery experience, engineering degree, and the ability to travel 25–50%. You will support go-to-market strategies and deliver demonstrations of TMC solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 10–15 years industry experience, preferably in sales or engineering.
• 7–10 years turbomachinery experience in petrochemical or power industries.
• Knowledge of Schneider Electric TMC & FS product lines (Triconex, Foxboro, Modicon, AVEVA).
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of assigned TMC products, solutions, industries and accounts.
• Supports and motivates Client Sales Executives (CSE) in locating and closing portfolio opportunities.
• Provides strategic and tactical support throughout the sales cycle and assists in go-to-market planning.
• Delivers product capability assessments and demonstrations to prospective users.
• Coordinates with portfolio leaders and regional stakeholders to define regional strategies.
