Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, automation, or digitalization.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, process control, industrial networking, and related protocols.
• Experience with process simulation, digital twins, APC, RTO, and soft sensors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop automation and digitalization solutions aligned with objectives.
• Provide technical support for product selection, system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution reviews for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including evaluations, quotations, proposals, and customer visits.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to obtain feedback and identify product enhancements.
