Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of industry experience, preferably in sales or engineering.
• 7–10 years turbomachinery experience in petrochemical or power industries.
• Ability to lead change and establish metrics.

Responsibilities

• Enable, support, and motivate Client Sales Executives to locate and close opportunities.
• Support sales cycle from identification to quantification of new TMC acts.
• Deliver TMC presentations and product demonstrations using industry knowledge.
• Coordinate with portfolio, practice leaders, and marketing as needed.
• Interpret client requirements and recommend integrated TMC solutions.
