Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancements.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience with Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM localization for KSA.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Employee Central and integration with Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA.
• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Provide solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds to non-standard cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Handle large-scale projects in complex environments and multiple products.
• Self-learning and fast development mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
