Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering design and construction methodologies.
• Proven experience in design and delivery of major heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering and foundation design.
• In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics and design practices.

Responsibilities

• Review project standards, specifications, drawings to align with objectives.
• Review design-build submissions and calculations to ensure client spec compliance.
• Review contractor submittals including materials and methods.
• Support Lead Civil Engineer and Senior Structural Engineers with reports and analyses.
• Assist in maintaining project budget, schedule, and scope.
• Provide structural engineering support to multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Attend inspections, testing, and RFIs related to structural matters.
• Provide technical support to construction sites and address design issues.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend engineering solutions.
• Participate in safety meetings and review installation demonstrations.
