Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or another relevant technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering, design, or design management experience involving major projects or large-scale programs.
• At least 10 years of direct experience within construction and design execution environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, building requirements, design procedures, technical codes, and regulatory approval processes.
• Proven record of managing multidisciplinary designers, engineers, consultants, and specialist technical contributors.
• Experience coordinating international design consultants is highly advantageous.
• Ability to review complex technical matters and translate findings into practical project decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within client, consultant, contractor, and multi-organizational delivery environments.
• Professional registration or certification such as AIA, RIBA, CEng, PE, LEED, or a comparable credential is desirable.
• Advanced written and verbal communication capability, including preparation of technical correspondence, reports, management updates, and client presentations.
