Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Resident Construction Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary teams on major projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while interfacing with the client and stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

The role requires a Civil/Structural background, 10+ years in construction with PM/CM experience, and fluency in English. A Saudi driver’s license and professional certifications are desirable assets for interaction with local teams and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a Western university.
10+ years in construction with 5+ years in PM/CM on major projects.
Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, and complex facilities.
Professional certification desired (CEng/PE/PMP).
Leadership of multi-discipline teams with safety focus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to obtain Saudi Driver's license.
Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera.

Responsibilities

Monitor KPI, safety, quality, time, and budget targets.
Chair meetings and workshops to deliver quality on time and within budget.
Lead and develop Resident Construction Engineers teams.
Provide project management guidance on specs, procedures, and schedules.
Review drawings, submittals, and approvals with the Owner.
Manage contractor invoices and progress reports.
Coordinate with design, procurement, ops, End Users, and Client departments.
Support Senior Resident Construction Manager in contract admin including change orders.
