Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking a Senior Structural Coordinator to join our Riyadh Technical Department. You will ensure structural integrity and compliance across large-scale projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, acting as the liaison among design consultants, PMs, and on-site teams.

Lead technical reviews, resolve design conflicts, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in project execution. This role offers growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment with iconic mega-projects in the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural coordination within the construction industry.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of structural designs across multiple stakeholders.
• Review and validate structural drawings calculations and specifications.
• Ensure alignment of structural designs with architectural and MEP plans.
• Monitor and resolve design conflicts during construction.
• Conduct site visits to verify implementation and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain documentation of coordination processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies for design approvals.
• Support the adoption of BIM and other digital tools.
