Parsons Corporation seeks an experienced Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) to join its PMO team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead stakeholder engagement, coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors and internal teams, and drive handover activities across a major roads program.

The role requires 12+ years in highways/infrastructure, with 5–7 years in stakeholder management, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering with Saudi Council of Engineers registration and a PM qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Project management qualification or certification.
• Minimum 12 years of highways/infrastructure experience with 5–7 years in stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
• Lead a small team of Stakeholder Engineers and manage stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Develop communication plans and manage authority submissions and approvals.
• Oversee infrastructure handover activities and maintain records of submissions and meetings.
• Prepare reports on approvals, handover progress and potential delays.
