Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead road and highway works, coordinating earthworks, drainage, structures, and paving from mobilization to handover.

You will supervise multiple fronts, manage safety, quality, schedule and cost, and align with engineering design, commercial teams, and stakeholders to deliver on key project milestones. Ideal candidates bring around 15 years of experience in road projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with ~15 years' construction experience.
• Extensive road/highway project involvement and senior site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, pavements, drainage, and structures.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and translate to buildable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of roads, highways, interchanges and related works.
• Develop and manage construction programmes and lookahead schedules.
• Coordinate mobilization, traffic management, logistics and temporary works.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget; implement recovery plans.
• Oversee safety, quality, inspection plans and documentation.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on measurement, payments and claims.
