Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure to lead large civil projects through design, procurement, construction and handover. You will drive schedules, budgets, risk, and safety with a strong client and stakeholder focus to ensure program success.

Ideal candidates have senior PM experience on major roads, bridges, utilities, and drainage with certifications in project controls and excellent leadership skills. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Contemporary PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, delivery, handover of major infrastructure projects.
• Develop execution strategies, plans, milestones, and governance.
• Define roles, communication, reporting, and decision processes.
• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and align with client goals.
• Create and manage the Integrated Project Management Plan.
• Coordinate with planning teams to set baselines and KPIs.
• Monitor schedule and cost variances; drive corrective actions.
• Manage scope changes through formal change control.
• Coordinate with design managers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure designs support constructability and HSE requirements.
• Oversee interface management across disciplines and utilities.
• Resolve technical issues; capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Support procurement strategies and tender evaluations.
• Monitor contractor performance; review changes and payments.
• Oversee site execution to meet permits, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
• Lead project handover with close-out documentation and training.
