Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of BICSc standards, ISO/HSE compliance and ESG practices, with proven experience delivering services in clinics, offices, kitchens and critical environments to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance of soft services across multiple environments.
• Ability to review contracts, SLAs, KPIs and compliance.
• Familiarity with HSE, ESG, and regulatory requirements in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of soft services across clinics, offices, kitchens, accommodation, and other zones.
• Ensure compliance with contract scope, SLAs/KPIs, and quality standards.
• Review and prepare soft services contracts and specifications.
• Monitor KPI performance, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage NCRs, complaints, and service failures with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate reporting and stakeholder communication with client representatives.
