Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Soft Services Specialist to oversee soft services across our facilities in Qiddiya. You will coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and visitor support to meet SLAs and safety standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in facilities management, strong contractor liaison skills, and experience with large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in facilities management, soft services operations, or similar
• Experience managing service providers and contractors is preferred
• Experience in large-scale developments or public venues is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily soft services activities across assigned facilities and public areas
• Ensure cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services meet SLAs
• Conduct routine inspections to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Support evaluation and implementation of corrective actions and verify completion of work orders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Respond to customer, tenant, and stakeholder inquiries related to soft services
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and operational documentation; prepare performance reports
• Assist in budget monitoring and development of operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives

Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Soft Services Specialist to join JASARA PMC. The Soft Services Personnel is responsible for supporting the delivery and monitoring of soft services across assigned facilities and assets within Qiddiya. This includes overseeing housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, visitor support services, and associated service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, tenants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Soft Services

• Monitor and coordinate daily soft services activities across assigned facilities and public areas.
• Ensure cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services are delivered in accordance with established standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct routine inspections to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all facilities maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance.

Contract Management

• Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Monitor contractor performance and report service deficiencies.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of corrective actions where required.
• Verify the completion of work orders and service requests.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify and report operational risks, hazards, and non-compliance issues.
• Support emergency response activities related to soft services operations.
• Maintain accurate inspection and compliance records.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer, tenant, and stakeholder inquiries related to soft services.
• Support the resolution of service-related complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote a positive customer experience through proactive service delivery.

Reporting and Administration

• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Support budget monitoring and resource utilization activities.
• Assist in developing operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, soft services operations, hospitality, property management, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing service providers and contractors is preferred.
• Experience working within large-scale developments, mixed-use communities, entertainment destinations, or public venues is advantageous.
