The role emphasizes contractor governance, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, inspections and safety to ensure hygiene, welfare and high-quality service for residents in a dense living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• ≥10 years facilities management experience with 3+ years in large workforce accommodations.
• Experience mobilizing new blocks from construction to occupancy and managing multiple soft services vendors.
• Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, budgeting, inspections, and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily soft facilities management operations across the workforce accommodation village.
• Oversee integrated soft services contractors and vendors.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Review service quality trends and implement corrective actions.
• Manage mass catering, housekeeping, laundry, waste, pest control, and landscaping.
• Coordinate resource deployment and staffing with occupancy forecasts.
• Review vendor invoices and manage soft services budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining welfare and safety standards.
