Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East seeks a Senior Retail Sales Specialist / Executive (Showroom Sales) to drive luxury mattress sales across Saudi showrooms. You will act as a sleep expert, guiding high-end walk-in clients with consultative recommendations and premium service.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of verified retail sales experience in premium bedding, a Bachelor’s degree, and residency in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of verified retail sales experience in high-end mattresses.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Residence in Saudi Arabia with valid legal status.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive premium showroom sales by demonstrating Sealy's luxury products to close high-ticket sales.
• Consult with customers to recommend mattress models based on sleep needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with warehousing, delivery, and CRM for seamless showrooms transactions.
