Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of verified retail sales experience specialized in high-end mattresses, bedroom furniture, or premium bedding textiles.
• Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of mattress constructions and sleep ergonomics.

Responsibilities

• Drive premium sales by proactively engaging showroom visitors to close high-ticket sales.
• Provide consultative sleep analysis to tailor mattress recommendations.

• Handle POS, CRM entries and inventory systems during purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Excellence amp Customer Consultation

• Drive Premium Sales - Proactively engage showroom visitors to demonstrate Sealy s advanced Posturepedic technology sleep systems and luxury bedding accessories to close high-ticket sales
• Consultative Sleep Analysis - Evaluate individual alignment concerns sleep habits and body type comfort preferences to customize mattress model recommendations
• Overcome Value Objections - Articulate luxury mattress construction materials and ergonomic health benefits to confidently manage premium pricing hesitations

Showroom amp Operations Management

• Visual Merchandising Compliance - Maintain flawless showroom presentation, correct product formatting and complete pricing clarity according to strict brand standards
• Seamless Transactions - Handle Point of Sale POS terminals, CRM entries and digital inventory systems accurately during same-visit purchases
• Logistics Coordination - Collaborate directly with warehousing and delivery teams to ensure precise tracking and shipment dispatch to clients

Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Valid Bachelor s Degree (ideally in Business Administration or a related field) from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of verified retail sales experience specialized in high-end mattresses, bedroom furniture, or premium bedding textiles.
• Product Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of mattress constructions (pocket springs, memory foam, latex, and hybrid layers) and sleep ergonomics.

Eligibility & Demographics

• Residency: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid legal residency status.
• Target Nationalities: Saudi, Yemeni, or Egyptian (with a transferable Iqama where applicable).
• Language Skills: Polished, fluent bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
