Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East seeks a Showroom Salesperson to drive premium mattress sales in our Saudi showroom. You will deliver expert, consultative sleep solutions to walk-in clients, assess individual needs, and maintain premium brand standards on the showroom floor.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of specialized retail experience in luxury bedding, native Arabic with intermediate English, and resides in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution.
• Exactly 5 years of proven retail experience in high-end mattresses or luxury showroom environments.
• Strong consultative selling skill set with a track record of handling objections and closing same-visit sales.
• Native Arabic proficiency with intermediate English.
• Must reside within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with valid residency status.
• Target nationalities: Saudi, Jordanian, or Yemeni (with transferable Iqama where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage showroom visitors, demonstrating product features and premium posturepedic technology to convert interest into high-ticket sales.
• Assess alignment concerns, comfort preferences, and sleep patterns to recommend custom mattress models.
• Maintain premium brand standards across floor displays with clear pricing and merchandising compliance.
• Build long-term relationships with walk-in buyers, interior designers, and corporate accounts, ensuring after-sales care and referrals.
• Seamlessly use POS terminals, digital inventory systems, and delivery tracking tools.
• Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to schedule and track deliveries.
