Job summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Specialist / Executive to lead premium showroom experiences and drive high-ticket sales across our premium bedding network.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in bedding or premium mattress retail, a Bachelor's degree, and fluent Arabic and English. You will advise customers on Sealy’s posturepedic technologies and luxury sleep systems while maintaining showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Exactly 8+ years of proven retail experience in high-end mattresses or sleep products.
• Expert understanding of mattress construction and sleep ergonomics.
• Strong Arabic and English communication with a persuasive selling style.
• Resides in Saudi Arabia with valid residency status.

Responsibilities

• Drive premium retail sales by advising on Sealy sleep systems and luxury bedding.
• Assess customer needs and recommend optimal mattress models.
• Ensure showroom displays meet brand standards, including pricing clarity.
• Build and manage relationships with premium clients and interior designers.
• Monitor local market trends and report insights to management.
