Job summary
Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Specialist / Executive to lead premium showroom engagements across Saudi Arabia. You will deliver expert consultations on Sealy’s posturepedic technology, sleep systems, and luxury bedding, driving high-ticket revenue while upholding brand standards.
The role requires 8+ years in high-end mattress retail, a Bachelor’s Degree, and fluent Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years in bedding, sleep products, or premium mattress retail.
- Expert understanding of mattress construction (pocket springs, memory foam, latex, hybrid) and sleep science.
- Fluent Arabic and English with a persuasive consultative selling style.
Responsibilities
- Drive premium retail sales by delivering expert consultations on Sealy’s technology and luxury bedding to achieve high-ticket revenue targets.
- Assess customer sleep needs, body alignment concerns, and comfort preferences to recommend the ideal mattress model.
- Maintain premium brand standards across showroom displays, pricing clarity, and visual merchandising compliance.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with premium clients, interior designers, and corporate accounts with structured follow-ups.
- Track local mattress market trends and competitor promotions to provide feedback to management.
