Job summary

CodeNinja Inc. seeks a Senior CVM / Segmentation Head to design and lead customer segmentation strategy and analytics for client projects in KSA. You will own segmentation frameworks, drive insights into targeted propositions, and improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing decisions.

You will partner with marketing, product, and pricing to translate analytics into business outcomes. The role requires 8–11 years in segmentation or CVM, hands-on analytics, and strong BI/reporting

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of relevant experience in customer segmentation, CVM, or customer analytics
• Proven track record establishing segmentation strategy/frameworks from the ground up
• Strong hands‑on experience with customer analytics, advanced data analysis, and behavioural profiling
• Solid BI/reporting skills (Power BI/Tableau/SQL) and ability to translate analytics into business propositions

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned to business objectives
• Lead customer analytics initiatives — behavioural profiling, value-based segmentation, lifecycle analysis
• Translate segmentation insights into targeted, actionable customer propositions
• Partner with marketing, product, and pricing teams to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing strategies
• Own advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness
• Present segmentation strategy and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions
• Continuously refine segmentation models based on performance data and market shifts
