Job summary

CodeNinja is seeking a Senior CVM / Segmentation Head to design and own customer segmentation frameworks, translating insights into targeted propositions that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing decisions. You will lead analytics initiatives, partner with marketing, product, and pricing, and present insights to senior stakeholders to influence commercial strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of relevant experience in customer segmentation, CVM, or customer analytics
• Proven track record establishing segmentation strategy/frameworks from the ground up
• Strong hands-on experience with customer analytics, advanced data analysis, and behavioural profiling
• Solid BI/reporting skills (Power BI/Tableau/SQL etc.)
• Demonstrated impact on acquisition, engagement, retention, and/or pricing through segmentation-driven decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate analytics into business propositions

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end customer segmentation frameworks aligned to business objectives
• Lead customer analytics initiatives — behavioural profiling, value-based segmentation, lifecycle analysis
• Translate segmentation insights into targeted, actionable customer propositions
• Partner with marketing, product, and pricing teams to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing strategies
• Own advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to track segment performance and CVM effectiveness
• Present segmentation strategy and insights to senior stakeholders, influencing commercial decisions
• Continuously refine segmentation models based on performance data and market shifts
