Job summary

Munawla Cargo Company, a Saudi freight forwarding and logistics provider, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive in Jeddah to drive growth and expand our market presence. You will leverage established relationships to win new customers and secure profitable sea freight business.

The role requires proven sea freight sales experience, strong market knowledge of Jeddah, and the ability to coordinate with pricing and operations to deliver competitive, reliable services. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sea freight sales and freight forwarding in the Jeddah market.
• Knowledge of the Jeddah customer base including importers, exporters, manufacturers, trading companies, and other potential customers.
• Established commercial relationships enabling new business development and profitability.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
• Solid knowledge of FCL/LCL shipments, sea freight pricing, shipping lines, overseas agents, and import/export procedures.
• Experience preparing quotations, negotiating freight rates, and managing customer relationships.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the Jeddah market.
• Develop and manage existing customer accounts.
• Prepare competitive sea freight quotations and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure competitive offers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets.
