Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects across the Group
• Drive the development and optimization of ESS, MSS, and Time Management functionalities
• Improve payroll accuracy and HRIS data validation and integrations
• Gather HR requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Coordinate configuration reviews, specs, UAT, and business signoffs
• Manage external implementation partners and vendors and ensure timely delivery

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and drive the organization's HR digital transformation roadmap. The role will be responsible for translating HR business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions, leading implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring successful system adoption across multiple group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and execution of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects across the Group.
• Drive the development and optimization of Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Time Management functionalities.
• Improve payroll accuracy and operational efficiency through effective HRIS integrations and data validation.
• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into practical SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Coordinate system configuration reviews, functional specifications, UAT, and business signoffs.
• Manage external implementation partners and vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Saudi citizen
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HRIS, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Experience delivering at least two full SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• SAP Certified SuccessFactors professional, preferably in Employee Central (EC).
