Job summary

Confidential Careers in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province seeks an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive HR digital transformation. You will translate HR requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, lead implementations, and coordinate with external vendors.

You will ensure system adoption across group entities and optimize ESS/MSS and Time Management functionalities. You will also validate data for payroll accuracy and drive HRIS integrations and data quality initiatives to

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HRIS
5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
Experience delivering at least two full SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Saudi citizen required

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and execution of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects across the Group
Drive the development and optimization of ESS, MSS, and Time Management functionalities
Improve payroll accuracy and HRIS data validation and integrations
Gather HR requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Coordinate configuration reviews, specs, UAT, and business signoffs
Manage external implementation partners and vendors and ensure timely delivery
