Job description

Urgent Requirement: SAP- SuccessFactors Consultant. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Working Location: Onsite. Preferred Nationalities: Saudi. Years of Experience: 5+. Salary Range: 25,000 SAR (MAX). This job is responsible to gather and analyse customer requirements, formulate solutions using standard and custom functionality, and verify fulfilment.

Provides post implementation functional and technical support for all SuccessFactors modules ( EC, ECP, RCM/RMK, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Succession & CDP, Compensations and WorkZone. Acts as a focal point for all SuccessFactors related matters in GASCO. Coordinates with business users to understand the issues and resolve these as per the best practices. Handles changes or emergency high priority issues in conformance with relevant processes and procedures. Assists the business users in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack to experience. Leads in application support, system testing and training of end users. Works with the business users to gather requirements and builds process models and requirements specifications.

Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions. Organizes solution validation workshops for new projects and CRs. Elaborates master data and organizational requirements. Oversees implementation by onsite and offshore teams and performs system configurations in the relevant applications when necessary. Engages in custom component development as a consultant/developer or reviewer. Supports SAP-SF integration with other SAP systems deployed in GASCO. Contributes to and oversees documentation maintenance and knowledge sharing. Participates in joint planning and innovation initiatives. Contributes to periodic and on-demand project and operational reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT.
• Years of Experience: 5+ years of Experience in end-to-end implementation in EC, ECP, PMGM, SPCDP, RCM, LMS and Compensation.

Certifications:

• Certified in EC, ECP, RCM, SDCDP, LMS and PMGM.

Additional Skills:

• Skilled in blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configuration, and functional design of custom components.
• Fluent in Microsoft Visio or any other business process diagramming tool.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
• Experience in a professional service or a distribution company is a plus.
• Hands‑on capability in data migration and data preparation, Integration analysis and design, and testing and deployment.
• Excellent command of Arabic & English Language.
