Job summary

Barqsystems is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors specialist to design, configure, implement, and support HR solutions that streamline HR processes and improve the employee lifecycle in Riyadh, KSA.

The role requires 3+ years in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, hands-on experience with core modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Time Management), and a preferred SAP certification. You will gather requirements, configure modules, support integrations, and train users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on organizational requirements.
• Work with modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Time Management.
• Configure workflows, approvals, organizational structures, and employee data.
• Support integration between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, and external applications.
• Prepare Functional Specifications for required developments and integrations.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system incidents and functional issues.
• Provide functional support to HR teams and key users.
• Prepare process documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Experience

Good understanding of HR business processes.
