Yallo Retail in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & HCM Payroll Consultant for a contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration skills and a proven track record delivering EC Payroll implementations in ECC/S4HANA environments.

The role requires SAP EC Payroll expertise, SAP Certification, and the ability to support and enhance payroll and EC environments while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure seamless HR

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll within ECC/S4HANA environments.
• At least one full-cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• SAP Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in: SuccessFactors EC Architecture, Data Models, RBP, Workflow, FO & MDF, Business Rules.
• Time Off & Time Structure, Time Account, Position Management, Report Center, Admin Center.
• Payroll Unified Configuration, Automatic/Push/Point-to-Point Replication, Replication Log Analysis.
• Payroll Switches, Payroll Configuration, Basic Pay, Factoring, PCRs, Schema, Function, PCC.
• End of Service (EOS), Off-Cycles, Social Insurance, Company Loans, and Payroll Finance Posting.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational support for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Handle deployment and handover of enhancement change requests (CRs).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll and EC-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.
• Configure small-scale requirements and system enhancements.
• Execute and support SIT, UAT, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes and replication between EC and Payroll systems.
