Job summary

Build Up is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Exhibitions, Events & Brand Experience in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on new business, client acquisition, and revenue growth across government and major corporate clients.

You will lead tenders, RFPs, and negotiations, building a strong commercial pipeline while coordinating with design, estimation, and production teams to deliver competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales, business development, or commercial experience in exhibitions, events, conferences, or brand experiences.
• Experience working with government and semi-government entities in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of generating new business, winning clients, building pipelines, and closing major projects.
• Strong knowledge of RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Immediate joining or very short notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire major clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government and semi-government entities, ministries, authorities, and major corporations.
• Lead exhibitions, events, and brand experiences projects from proposal to close.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Estimation, Production, and Operations teams on proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close major contracts.
• Own sales targets and revenue growth; expand the client base.
• Maintain market intelligence across Saudi exhibitions and events sectors.
