Job summary

Tesmec Saudi Arabia Company (TESMEC SAUDI ARABIA) is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop sales and drive business growth for surface mining and trench excavation equipment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a blend of technical knowledge and commercial experience to support customers, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Occasional travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or any related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, trench excavation equipment, or surface mining equipment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for surface mining and trench excavation equipment.
• Identify and attract new customers in mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
• Present technical proposals and conduct product demonstrations and site visits.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, pricing, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with technical teams and after-sales services for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare sales reports and periodic forecasts.
