Job summary

SAUDI ARABIAN RESOURCES COMPANY seeks a seasoned Prospecting and Technical Sales professional to identify mining clients, map exploration opportunities, and initiate contact with decision-makers.

The role delivers ISO 17025–focused presentations, develops tailored proposals, negotiates contracts, and manages key accounts, coordinating with laboratories to ensure timely service delivery across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining or geological laboratory sector.
• Proven ability to sell complex technical services to mining exploration and production companies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for effective client communication.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote exploration sites within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications for sales management.
• Experience with ISO 17025 accredited laboratory environments is highly desirable.
• Existing network within the Saudi mining exploration community.
• Knowledge of Saudi mining regulations and the licensing process under MIM.
• Knowledge of precious metals markets and resource estimation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: identify and qualify potential clients among exploration license holders.
• Technical Sales Presentations: deliver presentations highlighting accreditation turnaround times and analytical precision.
• Proposal Development: prepare tailored commercial proposals with methods, pricing, and SLAs.
• Contract Negotiation: negotiate terms including payment schedules and liability clauses.
• Client Relationship Management: maintain key accounts and resolve service issues.
• Market Intelligence Gathering: monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: coordinate with Lab Manager to ensure timely sample processing.
• Revenue Target Achievement: meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for third‑party laboratory services.
• Regulatory Compliance Awareness: ensure activities comply with Saudi laws and internal policies.
• Reporting and Forecasting: submit weekly sales reports and revenue forecasts using CRM data.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the mining or geological laboratory sector

Proven ability to sell complex technical services to mining exploration and production companies

Fluency in English and Arabic

CRM software proficiency

Microsoft Office proficiency

Willingness to travel to remote exploration sites
