Responsibilities

• Follow up customers on the customer list regularly.
• Create new customers by searching opportunities.
• Visit consulting & engineering offices and maintain good relationships.
• Follow up all inquiries, whether incoming or from media.
• Study customers verbal or written technical requirements.
• Point out and specify major technical requirements.
• Make pricing using pricing system or inventory price list.
• Write the technical and commercial offer.
• Coordinate with BDM on contents and pricing and obtain signature for approval.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales In-Charge on daily work agenda and assignments.
• Coordinate with spare parts department for any spare parts requirements.
• Coordinate with service department for maintenance contracts, startup, testing and commissioning.
• Deliver offers to customers.
• Visit or contact customers on well planned regular basis till deal conclusion.
• Assist customers to obtain consultants approval when applicable.
• Assist customer on design or modification of powerhouse per supplier requirements.
• Supervise equipment PDI, delivery, testing, commissioning and handover to end user.
• Collect customer credit payment on time.
• Monitor and report competitors’ activities such as sales, promotions, inventory, and after-sales service quality.
