Job summary

KONE in Jeddah invites an energetic Sales Specialist to support the New Equipment Business by handling leads and assisting in pre-sales activities. The role focuses on proactive lead management, CRM upkeep, and collaboration with the sales team to drive orders.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, reporting assistance, and coordination of customer visits and tenders. Excellent English and Arabic communication are required to succeed in our global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales organization.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact customer-initiated leads within 24 hours.
• Qualify leads before assigning to sales.
• Support sales team with meetings, reports and back-office tasks.
• Maintain CRM data and prequalification documents up to date.
• Assist with organizing customer visits and events.
