Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Road Engineer to lead road construction supervision and ensure technical compliance on major highway projects.

You will review designs, shop drawings and method statements, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities, and resolve complex technical challenges.

A strong background in road design standards, pavement engineering and materials testing, plus 12–15 years of experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in major road/highway projects.
• Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.
