The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in road projects, expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing, along with strong leadership and communication skills to deliver on schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants and field testing labs.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.
