We seek a senior professional with extensive pre contract experience and a proven ability to manage budgets, benchmarking, and reporting to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered
• 10+ years post graduate experience in pre contract quantity surveying
• 2+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
• Experience with a top class cost consultancy
• Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre contract cost management.
• Practical knowledge of cost planning, estimating and benchmarking in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent English communication skills - both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre contract cost management services
• Managing commission to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
• Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
• Cost Planning - developing and presenting
• Cost Estimating - validating and quantifying
• Producing and presenting reports to Clients.
• Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying

MRICS or equivalent chartered status

Fluent English level written and oral skills
