Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd in Jeddah is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with MRICS qualification to lead pre-contract cost management for iconic projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on cost planning, estimating and reporting, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and delivering high-quality services.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of post-graduate experience in pre-contract QS, 2+ years in Saudi Arabia, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered status required.
• 10+ years post graduate experience in pre contract quantity surveying.
• 2+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with a top class cost consultancy.
• Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre contract cost management.
• Practical knowledge of cost planning, estimating and benchmarking in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent English communication skills - both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre contract cost management services
• Managing commission to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
• Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
• Cost Planning - developing and presenting
• Cost Estimating - validating and quantifying
• Producing and presenting reports to Clients.
• Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

We are seeking an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying professional with a passion for pre contract services, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment. This role is based in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering pre contract cost management services
• Managing commission to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
