Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Property Development to lead end-to-end delivery of complex asset developments from design through handover. You will coordinate architecture, civil, structural, MEP, and infrastructure workstreams while managing schedule, budget, and stakeholder interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive project management experience within property-related developments.
• Strong background delivering mixed-use, hospitality, retail, commercial, entertainment, or sports projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout of assigned property development packages.
• Develop integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, resources and priorities.
• Maintain accountability for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with architecture, civil, structural, MEP, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Manage interfaces between asset packages, utilities, and external infrastructure.
• Review design progress and highlight missing information or late deliverables.
• Lead value engineering while protecting design intent.
• Monitor procurement strategies, tendering, and contract administration.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and decision papers for senior management.
