Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• 15+ years of relevant project delivery experience in hotel/hospitality developments preferred.
• Experience leading complex hotel/mixed-use mega-projects with international brands is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish the delivery strategy and translate objectives into executable plans and controls.
• Lead design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing requirements are embedded and Stop Work authority is exercised when needed.
