Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A Higher National Diploma in a relevant discipline may be considered when combined with extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major hotel assets.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
