Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager - Hospitality Projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role leads end-to-end delivery of hospitality assets from planning through delivery, coordinating with operators, consultants, and partners to meet governance, risk, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in project/construction management, with experience in large-scale hospitality developments and strong project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 15+ years' experience in project/construction management.
• Experience with hospitality assets and large-scale developments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Monitor performance across cost, program, quality, scope, and risk.
• Prepare governance submissions and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and hotel operators.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, trackers, and risk logs.
• Ensure alignment between design intent, operator requirements, and timelines.
• Provide clear reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project records and promote process improvements.
