Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex high-rise building projects from concept through handover. You will direct multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring schedule, cost, safety, and quality targets are met in a landmark urban development.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in construction/project management, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of BIM coordination, procurement

Qualifications

• 20+ years in construction/project management.
• Experience leading high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls & cost management.
• Proven capability in design coordination and QA/QC.
• Experience with EPC/ design-build/ lump-sum contracts.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise projects from planning to handover.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and safety targets.
• Coordinate design across architecture, structure, MEP, and facades.
• Prepare executive progress reports and KPIs.
• Mentor project managers and site leaders.
