Qualifications

• 15 years of infrastructure project management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate engineering, design and construction teams.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian infrastructure standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery, including scope, schedules, costs, quality requirements, and risks.
• Coordinate activities to ensure design and engineering deliverables meet objectives.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, milestones, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify issues and support timely decisions to maintain delivery targets.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management as needed.
• Facilitate collaboration among engineering, design, construction and clients.
