Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Experience managing citywide, multi-site or large-scale infrastructure programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead citywide construction projects from planning and mobilisation through execution, commissioning, handover, and final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain integrated master programmes covering packages, milestones, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple project teams and construction packages to maintain alignment across citywide objectives.
• Monitor progress across active projects and identify schedule delays, bottlenecks, and emerging constraints.
• Develop and implement recovery plans when progress falls behind milestones.
• Coordinate traffic management, staging, and phased delivery.
• Provide leadership to construction managers and site teams across project packages.
