Parsons seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead major infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery aligns with contract requirements and client expectations. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks to drive successful project outcomes.

You will oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, champion safety and quality, and report progress to senior management and the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Over 20 years of progressive experience in the delivery of major infrastructure, buildings, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects, including significant experience in senior project leadership positions.
• Proven track record as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role on large, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, procure

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for project delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate engineering, design, procurement, construction, project controls, commercial, quality, safety, and stakeholder management functions.
• Own the overall project scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, risk profile, quality objectives, and performance targets, taking timely corrective action when required.
• Develop, review, and maintain the Project Execution Plan and ensure integration of functional plans and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with Client, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other key stakeholders, acting as senior contact for delivery matters.
• Lead executive-level progress, commercial, technical, risk, and stakeholder meetings and ensure decisions are tracked to closure.
