Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in engineering, design review, and technical leadership roles.
• Experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects such as highways, railways, airports, or utilities.
• Professional Engineer certification or membership in engineering bodies is an advantage.

• Provide strategic technical leadership across all engineering and design disciplines.
• Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with project objectives and quality standards.
• Oversee design development and engineering review processes.
