Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Director to lead the complete delivery of a large, technically complex development in Riyadh. You will direct design, procurement, construction, commercial management, project controls, risk, quality, HSE, stakeholder coordination, handover, and closeout while ensuring contractual commitments and schedule objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or closely related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years delivering major construction or complex development projects.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the project.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to meet contractual requirements and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with Employer, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
